Getting started with Help Hub (in partnership with Farillio)

If you’re new to Help Hub (in partnership with Farillio), this guide will help you learn more about the valuable resources you can access through the hub.

If you have an active Tesco Mobile for Business plan, you also have access to the Help Hub (in partnership with Farillio) account for free. You can log in here with the email address you used when you signed up for your Tesco Mobile for Business plan.

Do you need help accessing the Hub?

If you have an active Help Hub plan, but cannot access the hub, Farillio offer instant Live Chat support (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm) where Authorised Users and/or Help Hub care team can receive support in real-time. Most enquiries are usually resolved in less than 4 minutes. If it takes longer than 5 minutes, Farillio handle all enquiries via email and in some rare cases, can connect with users via Zoom/video conferencing software to resolve their enquiries.

Outside work hours authorised Users can email support on: support@farill.io. These enquiries are handled according to priority levels; resolution time depends on individual responses by Authorised Users

What is Help Hub (in partnership with Farillio) and how does it work?

Help Hub (in partnership with Farillio) is a comprehensive legal and business solutions platform which also provides access to experts when you need them. It empowers you to start, manage and grow your business simply, safely and affordably.

What do I get with Help Hub (in partnership with Farillio)?

As part of the Tesco Mobile for Business plan, you'll have access to a large number of trusted step-by-step interactive guides, workflow tools, legal templates and video tutorials that'll help you run your business both confidently and effectively. You'll also have access to Farillio's 'pay as you go' experts˟ (˟subject to additional fees) to power your business forward.

How to sign up to your Help Hub (in partnership with Farillio) account:

Help Hub (in partnership with Farillio) is included in your Tesco Mobile for Business plan. Access is free for the lifetime of your Tesco Mobile for Business plan contract. You can access the hub with the email address you used to register for your Tesco Mobile for Business plan.

To sign-up for the first time you'll need the following:

  • The email address you used to register for your Tesco Mobile for Business plan.
  • Your name and surname
  • Secure password – which you’ll be asked to set up during the registration process

Moving from Farillio to Help Hub (in partnership with Farillio)?

If you have an existing account with Farillio and also have a Tesco Mobile for Business plan then you can now access Farillio for free. To request the transfer of your subscription, please follow the steps below: (note your existing templates and documents will also be transferred to your new account.)

Please send an email to us at support@farill.io and let us know you want to move your account over and include the following information:

  • Your first name, surname, and the email address you used to originally register with Farillio
  • The email address you used to register on Farillio.
  • An official request to switch your accounts:

“I (your name) would like to request to merge my personal Farillio account with my new Help Hub (in partnership with Farillio) account. Yours Sincerely, (your full name)”.

We will change the information on your account and normal service should resume within 24 hours.

Where is my data stored?

Help Hub (in partnership with Farillio) is completely cloud based and hosted, which means you don't have to worry about upgrading or maintaining software or web servers. This gives you the flexibility to access and run your business from anywhere with an internet connection. Help Hub (in partnership with Farillio) also offers unlimited storage that enables you to store all of your documents and legal templates for free.

What countries are covered by Help Hub (in partnership with Farillio)?

Help Hub (in partnership with Farillio) and all the resources available on the platform are relevant to the UK only.

Which languages does Help Hub (in partnership with Farillio) support?

All areas of your Help Hub (in partnership with Farillio), including website, blog and emails and the admin site are currently only available in English.
